This October, the European Central Bank plans to launch the digital euro, a central bank digital currency (CBDC) that could quietly usher in a new era of surveillance and control across the continent. Lets not forget this body answers to Bank of International Settlements and secret societies, unelected by the people. This was never put to a vote, there was never a referendum. The secret society appointed ECB President Christine Lagarde praises China’s digital yuan pilot as a model, calling it a tool “of service to all citizens.” What sits behind her pretentious soothing language lies a deeply concerning shift in financial freedom and personal autonomy.
CBDCs besides being digital cash, and unlike physical money, they are programmable, meaning central authorities can decide how, where, and when your money can be used. Imagine a world where your spending could be blocked for exceeding your carbon quota, paused if you stray outside your designated zone, or frozen for holding the “wrong” opinion online.
Combined with digital ID, facial recognition, social credit scoring, and carbon tracking, CBDCs create the foundation for a digital prison, one where every transaction, movement, and choice can be monitored, scored, and even denied. And unlike current banking systems, this overeach, way beyond oversight for fraud prevention. This total surveillance, granular, programmable control.
They’ll sell it as convenience, innovation, or even environmental responsibility. Few of us are awake, but we have to warn the gullible amongst us, because make no mistake, once cash disappears and the digital euro becomes the default, opting out will no longer be an option. Every euro will come with invisible strings attached. They are creating a digital prison.
Most people will be fooled into believing it's neutral financial upgrade. It’s anything but a political tool sold as tech advancement. If infrastructure is implemented, it could fundamentally reshape what it means to be a free citizen in Europe.
So those with eyes to see, ears to hear, resist this rollout. We Have To, Must Defend cash. We Must Protect our privacy. Before it's too late.
