There is Nothing Wrong With Zimbabwe
The Illusion of Freedom: Understanding Our Modern Enslavement
A summary of my speech on invitation by the Zimbabwe Economic Freedom Fighters:
The Illusion of Freedom: Understanding Our Modern Enslavement
Introduction
In 1980, as we celebrated what we believed to be independence, we should have first sought to emancipate ourselves from the yoke of mental slavery. Instead, we inherited a nation and simply rebranded it, maintaining the colonial status quo. We did not break the system; we merely took over its administration.
True freedom was never granted to us, and the methods of control have only evolved. The colonial empire did not die, it simply adapted. Today, our subjugation is maintained through more sophisticated means: financial dependency, information control, cultural erosion, and systemic indoctrination. This is the essence of fifth-generation warfare, control not through direct force, but through manipulation, deception, and engineered dependence. On the local front, the people do not know the real power structure of their country, this is evident from the mismatch between the wishes of people enshrined in the constitution and the actual reality. Can anyone draw an organogram of who is who at the top of the pyramid in Zimbabwe? Where does the power and money flow to and from, who is that one individual who really calls the shots? If its a cartel, which cartel and cartel leader is at the helm? So if the people are clueless about how their country works, what are the chances of them knowing how world works, who controls the world, who sits at the top of the world's pyramid power structure. Hardly anyone knows there is a Gray Pope and a Black Pope. Most likely anyone reading has ever come across these titles, they probably only know the public relations face of the system, the White Pope. Many think he is a religious leader of a church, he is anything but !
The Modern Empire: A System of Control
The empire that subjugates us today is not bound by geographical borders. It is controlled from the Vatican, financed by the City of London, and enforced by Washington. It operates under a set of strict rules known as the "rules-based order," where any deviation results in severe economic and political punishment. Many Zimbabweans celebrated sanctions imposed on the country, they were fooled to believe it was Zanu PF being punished. Sanctions serve as the empire's primary instrument of coercive control, designed to weaken defiant nations by crippling their economies, isolating their regimes, and punishing their populations into submission, a tactic vividly demonstrated by Zimbabwe's economic collapse under sanctions due to its lack of preparedness and defensive strategies. By targeting financial systems, key supply chains and trade networks, sanctions deliberately foment internal instability, turning citizens against their own governments, as seen in Zimbabwe's hyperinflation crisis and social turmoil following Western-imposed restrictions in the 2000s. However, the effectiveness of sanctions hinges on a nation's resilience; while unprepared states crumble, self-sufficient economies like Russia withstand even extreme pressure, as evidenced by its ability to endure over 12,000 sanctions through energy independence, import substitution, and alternative financial systems like SPFS and Mir. The empire weaponises dependency, exploiting nations tied to Western financial and technological infrastructures, Zimbabwe's dollarised economy collapsed under strain, whereas Russia's sovereign systems mitigated external shocks. Ultimately, the stark contrast between Zimbabwe's vulnerability and Russia's defiance underscores a fundamental lesson: sanctions only succeed against weak, dependent states, proving that true sovereignty demands economic self-sufficiency, military autonomy, and strategic alliances to resist imperial coercion.
We are but a small plot on the global plantation, governed by rules we did not create. The Roman Empire never truly fell, it merely evolved into a more insidious system of control. Our so-called independence has only been an illusion.
The Pillars of True Freedom
A truly free nation is one that controls:
Its money supply
Its food supply
Its energy supply
Its knowledge and information
We have “zero” control over any of the above, “zilch”, think of how a franchise business model works, that is what we are, more or less like a franchise agent. We inherited an economic system designed for exploitation. We have not built a self-sustaining nation; we have simply maintained a system of governance and infrastructure handed over to us by our colonial masters. We celebrated a handover not independence. Without any organic intellectual and knowledge base, but copy and pasters, we remain perpetually vulnerable to foreign influence, control and manipulation.
Our Role: Administrators, Not Owners
Our governance is not sovereign, it is dictated by external forces. When confronted with challenges, we defer to international institutions such as the UN, WHO, IMF, and World Bank. Just as a mechanic defers to a car manufacturer for complex repairs, we rely on these organizations to "fix" our problems, never realizing that they are the architects of our suffering. How many have ever heard of the Bilderberg group, Committee of 300, Bank of International Settlements, Council For Foreign Relations or Club of Rome? What about Skull and Bones, also known as The Order, Order 322 or The Brotherhood of Death? What about the Bohemian Grove?
Yes, some probably heard of the Illuminati and Free Masons, and most have been hoodwinked to believe they are conspiracy theory. What about the symbols and inscriptions on the US Dollar Bill? It is said, “When the human race learns to read the language of symbolism, a great veil will fall from the eyes of men." - Manly P. Hall.
We do not govern ourselves, we are remotely managed by very sophisticated scams. We are not directors of our own destiny; we are merely administrators of a system we do not control and no different from passengers in a kombi or bus. You know the driver and conductor but not the owner.
The Key Mechanisms of Control
The empire maintains its grip through control over key sectors of society:
Language – English is a tool of governance, shaping thought and perception through economic and legal jargon.
Education – An indoctrination system designed to produce compliant workers, not creators or independent thinkers. As John D. Rockefeller, the architect of this system said, “ I want a nation of workers, not thinkers”.
Healthcare – A system built to keep us sick, dependent, and profitable. What we have from John D. Rockeffer is allopathic medicine which mantains a disease as opposed to healing medicine our ancestors practiced.
Legal and Governance – We are ruled by laws rooted in maritime and commercial law, not natural law and you wonder why what is on paper on the constitution never translates to the wishes of the masses.
Finance and Economics – Debt-based economies ensure perpetual enslavement. Zimbabweans should forever remember the Structural Adjustment Program (SAPs) , implemented by the IMF and World Bank, unbeknown to us it was intendeed to destabilize economies in developing countries by promoting austerity, privatization, and market liberalization. We were sold a lie that it would foster growth, but led to increased poverty, unemployment, and inequality. These programs resulted in social unrest, loss of sovereignty, and environmental degradation. Critics argue they perpetuated economic dependency and hindered long-term development. They are never short of manipulative initiatives, each one apparently designed to correct the failures of the previous one ( LOL). There was Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSPs), introduced in the late 1990s, again designed to address poverty through economic reforms and social programs but followed similar austerity measures, which led to cuts in social spending and failed to effectively reduce poverty. There was the The Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) Initiative, launched in 1996, aimed at providing debt relief to the world’s poorest countries but failed to address the root causes of poverty and underdevelopment, just kept the countries in debt dependency. We copied and pasted the Washington Consensus, a set of neoliberal economic policies that became the foundation of many IMF and World Bank programs in the late 20th century. This included ideas such as fiscal austerity, deregulation, trade liberalization, and privatization, which were applied broadly to developing countries. There was the Country Assistance Strategies (CAS), strategic plans prepared by the World Bank for individual countries, focusing on lending to specific sectors (like health, education, or infrastructure). However, like SAPs, they imposed market-driven reforms and austerity measures that adversely affected the local populations.
Belief Systems – Religion, historically, has been the most powerful tool for psychological control. During the colonization of Africa, religion, particularly Christianity, was used as a powerful tool to control and manipulate local populations. Religion was used to justify the colonization, with many colonisers believing they had a divine mandate to "save" African people from what they perceived as "heathen" or "savage" lifestyles. This religious narrative often worked hand-in-hand with political and economic motives, convincing both the colonisers and the colonized that European domination was part of a divine plan. Through conversion and the imposition of Christian values, colonisers were able to weaken traditional African belief systems, reshape cultural identities, and gain psychological control over indigenous populations, making resistance to colonial rule more difficult.
Information and Media – The loss of cultural autonomy through the media, Hollywood, music, and social media keeps us disconnected from our roots. Africa is currently being controlled through the domination of information and media, which leads to a loss of cultural autonomy. Global media platforms, including Hollywood, music, and social media, often promote Western ideals, values, and lifestyles, shaping perceptions and desires among African audiences. This media influence creates a sense of disconnection from traditional African cultures, as the narrative often prioritizes foreign norms over indigenous practices, languages, and histories. Western media, particularly through Hollywood, often portrays Africa through a lens of poverty, conflict, and need for external help, reinforcing stereotypes while ignoring the richness of African cultures. Music and social media further perpetuate global trends that may overshadow or dilute local cultural expressions. As a result, many young Africans may feel alienated from their heritage, influenced by global trends that may not reflect their own traditions, beliefs, and ways of life, thus weakening cultural autonomy and identity.
These mechanisms are not designed to uplift us, they are designed to pacify, control, and exploit us.
The Hidden Hand Behind Our Enslavement
We are taught to accept ideological systems such as democracy and capitalism without questioning their origins or true purpose. These systems, like sugar, are highly addictive. But who created them? Who benefits from them? We are unaware of the true architects of our oppression.
Those who control:
The publishing houses
The scientific journals
The banks
The legacy and social media
Hollywood/Music
The energy, pharmaceutical and agrifood industries
…are the true rulers of our world. Their agenda is hidden, yet their impact is inescapable.
The Indoctrination Process
Our indoctrination can be likened to computer programming. Our minds are the hardware, and the media, Hollywood, music, and social media act as the antivirus software, censoring and controlling information. Through these channels, we are conditioned to accept our subjugation.
As Albert Einstein once warned, "When a culture loses its soul, it’s only a matter of time before it collapses."
The Destruction of Social Foundations
The empire has systematically dismantled the key pillars of a strong and self-sustaining society:
Architecture & Sacred Geometry – Once divine, now chaotic. The shift from sacred geometry to modern architecture has led to buildings that prioritize function over meaning, disconnecting people from the spiritual and communal values once embedded in their surroundings. The lack of harmonious design and consideration for human experience creates environments that feel cold and impersonal. This detachment fosters a loss of connection, care, and love for one's neighborhood, as it no longer feels like a place of belonging or shared history.
Masculinity & Femininity – Traditional roles have been eroded, creating weak societies. Western feminism has contributed to the erosion of African cultural practices and values, while not offering solutions that are fully in tune with the continent’s diverse traditions.
Family Structure – The nuclear family has been systematically obliterated.
Education – Designed to produce obedient workers, not critical thinkers.
Health – Engineered for sickness to fuel corporate profits.
Pornography – A digital brothel designed to weaken society. The purpose of pushing pornography on society is often to normalize objectification, desensitize emotions, and promote consumption-driven behaviors. It shifts focus away from meaningful human connection and intimacy, reducing relationships to transactional and superficial interactions. This undermines emotional well-being and distorts healthy perceptions of love and respect, eroding deep, authentic connections in society.
I must point out feminism in particular, most of our people are not aware its an ideology deliberately created to break the solid foundation of a society, the family unit. One interview of an Aaron Russo (you can find this on twitter) talking about his discussions with Nicholas Rockefeller on why they funded feminist movements, he was told, quote unquote “ we couldn’t tax half of the population before women’s liberation ( men worked, women raised the kids at home), now we get the kids in school at an early age and we can indoctrinate them”. By disrupting the traditional family structures, the Rockefeller family and other elite figures believed that feminism could help break down the traditional family unit, which they saw as a source of social stability that reinforced certain gender roles. By promoting the idea of women pursuing careers outside the home and emphasizing individualism, feminism could weaken the family structure and traditional values, which they thought could lead to greater societal control and dependence on state structures. Feminism was also viewed as a tool to increase the labor force hence drive economic growth. Encouraging women to join the workforce and participate in the economy outside the home would not only provide businesses with a larger, cheaper pool of labor but also drive consumerism and economic growth. This helped support the capitalist agenda of increasing productivity and profit, with women’s labor being utilized to fuel economic expansion.
As the saying goes, “Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.” We are now in the era of weak men and hard times.
Why We Are in This Hopeless State
The root of our suffering is ignorance. We have become the most uninformed generation of our ancestors. There is nothing wrong with Zimbabwe or any other African country, they are operating in the manner they were designed to with a carrot and stick mechanism for those that fall out line. The system is not broken, it is functioning exactly as designed, to keep us powerless.
This system cannot be reformed, its not ours. We cannot dismantle it using the master's tools. As Audre Lorde aptly stated, "The master's tools will never dismantle the master's house." True change requires a complete reset, a total rejection of the colonial architecture that enslaves us.
Conclusion: The Path Forward
If we wish to break free, we must first acknowledge our enslavement. Only through an organic, self-sustaining system, one built on our own traditions, knowledge, and governance, can we ever hope to achieve true liberation. Until then, we remain prisoners of an empire we refuse to acknowledge.
In Summary:
Independence was an illusion, we inherited a colonial system and simply rebranded it.
We are still under an empire, controlled from the Vatican, financed by London, enforced by Washington.
True freedom requires control over money, food, energy, and knowledge, we zero control over any of these.
We are administrators, not owners, our governance is dictated by foreign institutions. We simply copy and paste policies from the Empire that we have no clue about their agendas.
The empire maintains control through weaponisation of:
Language
Education
Healthcare
Law and Governance
Finance
Religion
Media and Culture
The system is designed to weaken us, destroying family, masculinity, health, and knowledge base, the very essence of survival and existence.
Ignorance keeps us enslaved, the system cannot be fixed; it's not ours, it must be rejected and replaced as it was never designed to empower us.
The only path to freedom is self-sufficiency, a complete reset is needed to reclaim true independence. He who controls the past, controls the future, Zimbabweans have zero clue of their own past, that in itself is telling of their own future.
The time to awaken is now. Our chains are invisible, but they are there. It is up to us to break them.
