Has Zelensky Gone Into Hiding?
Ukrainian sources have reported that President Volodymyr Zelensky and several members of the country’s leadership have been moved to an undisclosed location. This move was made as a precaution in response to the possibility of Russian retaliation following the recent large-scale Ukrainian drone attack on Russian air bases. That attack resulted in the reported destruction of 41 Russian military aircraft, including strategic bombers and airborne early warning planes. There has not yet been an official statement from the Ukrainian government confirming the relocation, and Russian officials have not publicly commented on any planned response. The situation remains tense as both sides assess the next steps in what appears to be an escalating phase of the conflict.
